Instructions
Please take prior appointments at the centre.
- Original Passport (mandatory).
- Copy of Passport – first page containing personal details and last page containing address.
- One passport size photo with white background.
- Address of stay or place of study/work in the UK.
- Visa Category.
- Vaccination records for children below 5 years.
Additional documents:
The documents required may depend on your nationality,
current country of residence and visa category.
- One recent photograph, in accordance with UK Visas and Immigration guidelines.
- If you are not a national of the country where you are applying, evidence of your permission to be in the country where you are applying.
- If you are applying as a dependant, evidence of your sponsor's leave to remain in the UK.
